Swing, slide and scramble your way to fun!
There’s something to entertain kids of all ages in the woodland-inspired adventure play glade, which is set in a clearing amongst the trees.
Constructed using natural building materials and with a soft wood chip landing, the adventure play glade is a safe environment for kids to run wild and free.
For the brave, there’s a zip line to whizz along, and the ‘Beetle Bug’ to explore. For the less daring, swings, slides and a sheltered sand pit offer hours of fun. Little ones can challenge themsleves across the assault course which includes log bridges, swinging log steps, stepping stones and balancing beams.
The adventure play glade provides the grown-ups with plenty of places to sit, and is only a couple of minutes walk from the Tearoom – perfect for grabbing a takeaway coffee, or feeding the tribe when they’ve run out of steam!
The Tearoom offers a dedicated childrens’ menu, with highchairs, healthy options and everything you could need for a hassle-free lunch!
Keep your eyes peeled as you explore the Arboretum for other hidden areas to play in. We challenge you to find Henry’s Hideaway with its’ horse and cart, Kate’s Cottage hidden deep in the woods and a host of wooden animals making themselves at home!
