With interest throughout the year, and the option to include a guided tour, Thorp Perrow is the perfect destination for your group visit.
We provide a highly personal approach to group travel and we will work with you to tailor the itinerary to your specific needs.
For groups of 10+ or more during daytime opening hours we offer:
A reduced admission price
Free admission and refreshments for the coach driver
Option of pre-booking for your group from a discounted group menu in the tearoom
Use of a private covered outdoor seating area
A guided tour with the Curator, Faith. £40 per group (max group size 30)
Group visit prices are available for pre-booked groups of 10+:
Adult – £8.00
Child (4 to 16 years) – £4.20
Under 4 and essential carers admitted free of charge
We recommend a minimum visit period of 2 hours to visit the Arboretum, or 3 hours to include the Bird of Prey and Mammal Centre.
Depending on the length of your visit, or the interests of your group, we can provide a range of options to ensure you get the most out of your trip.
Whether you are interested in the gardens, or would like to arrange a private tour of the Bird of Prey & Mammal Centre, we can accommodate your needs.

To confirm your booking please send the completed Booking Form (download here) with full details of your group’s requirements. A member of the team will then be in touch to confirm arrangements for the day of your visit.
Please also see the Group Menu included in the Group Booking Form if you wish to pre-order lunch or afternoon tea. These prices are discounted from the standard menu. Please do give us a call to discuss your catering requirements as we aim to accommodate each group according to their specific needs.
Please note, Thorp Perrow Season Tickets and affiliate discount cards are not accepted as part of a group booking.
