Join Curator Faith for a relaxing mindfulness walk in the Arboretum, a great way to connect with nature and relax. It’s proven that the oils trees give off, which we inhale whilst being among them, have positive effects on our health. Directly benefiting our nervous system they help with mood disorders like anxiety and depression. So if you want to feel more chilled out, calmer and happier then head on into the woods!
Faith will invite you to take part in guided exercises, allowing you to benefit from being more mindful in a natural environment. Once aware of your surroundings, you will become happier and more rounded as an individual, relationships may be strengthened, goals achieved and hurdles overcome.
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee from our tearoom at the end of the walk.
This is a ticketed event and pre-booking is essential, groups will be kept to a maximum of 6 people. The ticket price is £10.00 per person to include the walk and a hot drink. Standard admission charges apply.
